Ordering Process

1. Predecide what kind of hat and options you want from the Custom Hats page.
2. Come to the shop for a required consultation.
3. During the consultation, we will measure your head and take notes of the type of hat and optional features you want.
4. We require half payment (or full payment if desired) with the order.
5. Then, we will make your hat according to your order.
6. We will contact you when your hat is ready. The remainder of the payment is due when you pick up the hat.
7. If you are fully satisfied, enjoy your hat! If there are any problems, we'll resolve the problems at that time.

*Note: Retail hat companies do not use an level standard for hat sizes. The size you wear in a retail hat is not considered the same size as a custom hat!
