Hat Ordering Instructions

1. Decide on what kind of hat you want from the Custom Hats page.
2. Fill out the online Custom Hat Request form.
3. Give us a call for a required consultation: 1.800.687.7555. We will use the Custom Hat Request form as a base for the consultation.
4. After the consultation, we will need to measure your head.
   • We will need to send you a measuring kit (*please see note below!). We require a $20 deposit which will be credited toward the purchase of a hat after you place an order AND return the measuring kit.
   • Or if you are near our shop, come by and we will do the measuring for you.
5. Place your order and send back measuring kit. We require half payment (or up to full payment if desired) with the order .
6. We will make your hat according to your order.
7. We will call you when your hat is ready. The remainder of the payment is due at that time before we ship the hat.
8. After we recive full payment, we will ship the hat to you.
9. If you are fully satisfied, enjoy your hat!
   Please contact us immediately however if there are any problems with your hat.

*Note: Retail hat companies do not use an "across-the-board" standard for hat sizes. The size you wear in a retail hat cannot be assumed for a custom hat!
